These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.barka.pro (the “Website”), developed by Barka LLC (the “Company”), and establish the rights and obligations of all visitors and users of the Website (“Users”).
1. Definitions
Website — a collection of web pages available on the Internet under the domain name barka.pro, unified by structure, design, and content.
Content — all results of intellectual property and means of individualization posted on the Website, including but not limited to: design elements, drawings, project documentation, layouts, illustrations, photographic works and analogous materials, text, audiovisual materials, software that forms part of the Website, musical works, trademarks and industrial designs. 2.2. These Terms regulate the relationship between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Website.
2.3. By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
2.4. The Company recommends that Users familiarize themselves with these Terms and with the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Website, the User confirms their agreement with both documents.

4. Personal Data
4.1. To use feedback forms or place orders, Users must provide their Personal Data.
4.2. The Company takes necessary measures to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
