This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) applies to all information that Barka LLC may receive about a user when the user visits the website, uses feedback forms, submits an order, or provides contact information by phone, email, or through the website www.barka.pro.
In accordance with Part 2, Article 18.1 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data,” this Policy is published in open access on the Internet at: www.barka.pro/politika-konfedentsialnosti/
Use of feedback forms or order forms on the Website constitutes the user’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing of their personal information.
If the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using feedback forms, order forms, and/or the Website www.barka.pro.
1. Personal Information Collected and Processed by Barka LLC

1.3. To ensure operation of the Website, personal information is collected, processed, stored and used by Barka LLC (a legal entity established under the laws of the Russian Federation, registered at: 143200, Moscow Region, Mozhaisk, Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky St., 15, premises 1, TIN 5028035032).
1.4. In general, Barka LLC does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by users and does not control their legal capacity. Barka LLC assumes that the user provides truthful and sufficient personal information when completing registration and/or order forms and keeps this information up to date.
1.5. Barka LLC stores personal data in a form that allows identification of the data subject no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, unless a longer storage period is required by law.
1.6. If personal data is provided by a representative of the data subject, the representative must ensure that the data subject has been informed of and agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy.
1.7. Barka LLC does not transfer personal data to foreign jurisdictions.
1.8. All personal data obtained by Barka LLC is confidential and may be disclosed to third parties only in cases required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Legal Basis and Purposes of Collecting and Processing Personal Information
2.1. Barka LLC collects and stores only the personal data necessary for providing services.

3. Modification and Deletion of Personal Information at the User’s Request
3.1. The user may at any time modify, update, or supplement their personal information.

4. Measures Taken to Protect Personal Information
4.1. Barka LLC takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties, in accordance with Article 19, Part 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data.”
4.2. Personal information collected by Barka LLC may be provided to authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on lawful grounds and in accordance with established procedures. Disclosure required by law or by a government authority is not considered a violation of confidentiality.
4.3. Access to personal information is restricted to employees of Barka LLC who require it to perform their job duties. All employees must comply with internal rules and procedures concerning data protection and confidentiality.
5. Amendments to the Privacy Policy
5.1. Barka LLC may amend this Policy at any time. The updated version will indicate the date of the latest revision. The new version becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise specified. The current version is always available on www.barka.pro.
The user must take reasonable steps to monitor changes to this Policy and the terms of service.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Before filing a claim in court, a pre-trial complaint procedure is mandatory. The user must send a written complaint requesting voluntary settlement.
6.2. The recipient must respond in writing within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date the complaint is received.
6.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.4. This Policy and all relations between the user and Barka LLC are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
