In the center of Ruza, Moscow Region, installation continues on a new memorial stele “Settlement of Military Valor.” The monument, more than 7.5 meters tall, will become the central commemorative element of the square and will open in time for Victory Day.
The foundation plate bears an engraved dedication to the heroic contribution of the town’s residents.
For this project, BARKA manufactured a custom architectural-concrete commemorative slab and a decorative concrete base for the stele.

Architectural concrete ensures precise geometry, stable texture, resistance to moisture and temperature fluctuations, and long-term durability. The commemorative plate and decorative base highlight the solemn character of the composition.
Landscaping around the stele is underway, including green areas, pathways, seating, and planting — all designed to create a respectful and contemplative public space.
